BetaFix Wellness is an online store operated by SommetVine Group. These policies apply to every order placed on this website.
By placing an order you confirm that the details you give us are correct and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include the product price for the pack size you select. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error; any payment made for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
Our products are wellness supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.
All orders are paid online when you place them — by debit card, bank transfer or USSD. Payments are processed securely by Paystack, a licensed payment processor. Your card details go directly to Paystack; we never see or store them. Paystack emails you a receipt.
Once your payment is confirmed your order is marked as paid, and you will not be asked to pay anything when it is delivered.
We deliver across Nigeria. After you order, our team calls you to confirm your address and a convenient delivery time. Delivery is free on every order, whatever the pack size.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Refunds are made to the original payment method through Paystack; your bank may take a few working days to show the credit. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
We collect your name, phone and WhatsApp numbers, email address and delivery address only to process, deliver and support your order. We share them only with our delivery partners, to deliver your order, and with Paystack, to process your payment. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by contacting us.
